1 day captain. I think the extra responsibility will show him what it needs to take the next step up to that extra level .
Need a new batting & bowling coach time for to bring in some new blood, new ideas. Things are to stale. It needs a shake up. Maybe even a new director of cricket.

Two schools of thought I suppose, you can either shake the structure up and get some fresh blood in, and hope it works. Or go for the stablitiy approach, and well, hope that works!


Definitely need some strength and depth in the squad though, prefferably players who are not going to get pinched and end up playing for England all season
